Class Assignment Day is Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2-6pm in the McKay Center gym. It is a day for families to turn in required forms and documents, find out who your student's homeroom teacher is, add money to lunch accounts. buy pencil bags and ECLC school bags, pick up school info. packet, shop for used uniforms, find out about volunteer opportunities, and learn about upcoming school and parish events. We ask that at least one parent or guardian attend; students are welcomed but are not required. Not able to attend? That's ok, just make arrangements with the school office to pick up your packet and turn forms in at a later date. To make the process go smoothly-- 1) Please print and complete the following forms in advance and bring them that day: Code of Conduct Handbook Policies and Procedures Health Information Form Internet & Electronic Mail Permission Form Medication Consent Form Pick-up Procedure St. Peter's Acceptable Use Policy 2) Update your payment plan in FACTS. EVERY FAMILY must update FACTS EVERY YEAR. If you need assistance with setting up your payment plan in FACTS, please contact Drew Corkhill in the business office. [email protected], 816-363-2320.
