If you don't want the hassle of school supply shopping, you can order online! This year we are using a company called Yubbler. Everything you buy will get shipped directly to your home and you will bring it in on supply drop off day. School supply lists are posted here; please be sure to read to the bottom of your grade level list to see if there are any items that you need to purchase on your own! All new and current families please check your FACTS account and make sure it is up to date and set up for the 2023-2024 year! If you have not yet done so, please create an/log in to your account and be sure to set up your payment plan. FACTS Management ATTENTION ALL VOLUNTEERS: All staff and volunteers (18 and over) working with minors and/or vulnerable adults are required by the diocese to attend the Protecting God's Children workshop, submit to a background check, and agree to the diocesan Ethics and Integrity in Ministry Code of Conduct. This includes coaches and volunteers in the school, youth ministry, and children's liturgy. With just one month left until school starts, now is the time to get on VIRTUS and check your compliance if you plan on volunteering. Please log in here: VIRTUS. St. Peter’s Parish Fall Fest is Saturday, October 14, 5-9 pm. Music, food, and fun for the whole family—Get this date on your calendar! Love to plan a party? We could use your help! Please contact Gwen Hoefer, [email protected], 816.800.0105. Please plan on attending our class assignment and form completion day event on Thursday, August 8, 2023! This event will be open house style from 2-6pm in the gym. This will be a day for all families to turn in completed forms, required documents, and receive students’ homeroom placement. Families may also add money to student(s)’ prepaid lunch accounts, purchase STP pencil bags, ECLC school bags (if needed) and used uniforms. This is also a time to learn about school and parish committees, volunteer for fundraising events, and receive a packet of school wide information. Only one parent or guardian is required to attend. Students may join but this is not required. Most teachers will not be on campus at this time and there will be no classroom access. |
