![]() The Women of St. Peter's are doing a deep cleaning of the church on Saturday, Dec. 17th, from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM to prepare it for Christmas services. All help is appreciated! Supplies are provided, and you can stay for as little or long as you are able. It's a great way to meet other moms as well as other women in the parish. Older students needing service hours are welcome as long as accompanied by an adult. Families are invited to reserve a parking spot and decorate their trunk, or just bring the kids to trick-or-treat. Costumes are encouraged, and all are invited to this free event (donations of bags of candy to share are welcome). Dr. Helena Vasconcellos (Dr. V) is returning as director and is eager to get the kids all back together. ![]() Our annual food drive on wheels is outdoors again this year, and we are collecting donations over 3 weekends, with Saturday Nov. 6 designated as Kidz Cranksgiving. Get your group together and bring your food pantry donations to the Legacy parking lot, 10am-3pm. Ride bikes, walk, come by car, make it a scavenger hunt, ask neighbors to pitch in, shop that day or ahead of time--make it whatever you want it to be. Nov. 6 doesn't work for you? The group gathers on Wednesday mornings, 8:45-10 a.m. in the Church for 20 minutes of Adoration, catered to little ones through music and storytelling, followed by coffee and playtime either outside or in the nursery, depending on the weather. Please join us! Local blood supplies are critically low, and the Community Blood Center has announced that the local blood shortage has reached emergency levels.
